Jack White Drives a Big, Yellow Record Store

Reprinted from pastemagazine.com:

“Blurt Online reports that Jack White roves around in a gigantic yellow bus that acts as a mobile record shop, live venue, DJ booth, merchandise distributor and more. Its name is The Third Man Rolling Record Storeâ„¢, named after White’s Third Man Records label, and it will be at SXSW.

Third Man Records debuted two years ago in Nashville. Since then, it has released over 80 limited-edition and vinyl records, launched The Vault subscription service, hosted a live venue that offers artists the ability to record directly to analog tape and opened a succession of pop-up shops.

But with The Third Man Rolling Record Store™, White and Co. have created a “one-of-a-kind, true innovation in the world of record distribution,” writes Blurt.
